Key facts:
- What it does: formation (LLC, EIN, operating agreement, bank account), licensing and permits, contract templates and preliminary trademark search, business plan and three-year projections, monthly bookkeeping and close, payroll and sales tax, compliance calendar and registered agent service, HR setup and hiring packets, quarterly CFO review, and funding readiness including SBA and grant preparation.
- Who it serves: skilled tradespeople, especially first-generation owners — painters, landscapers, pressure washing businesses and handyman services, and similar trades.
- Pricing: one package, the Whitelow Launch + Back Office Partnership, with two ways to pay. Option A (Pay Up Front): $2,497 one-time plus $597 a month, 12-month minimum, $9,661 in year one, or $8,467 paid annually; the client keeps 100% ownership. Option B (Equity Partner): $0 up front, $0 a month in year one, then $297 a month from month 13, in exchange for a 15% stake in the LLC, vested over three years plus 15% of distributions.
- Pass-through costs: state filing, licence and permit fees, the QuickBooks subscription and attorney filing fees are passed through at cost on both options and never marked up.
- Equity screen: a validated offer, an owner working the business full-time, and projections showing at least $100,000 in first-year revenue. Equity clients are capped at roughly one in four.
- Add-ons: $15 per employee a month beyond 5 employees; +$200 a month above 300 transactions a month. Businesses that already have an LLC pay a $997 onboarding fee in place of the launch fee.
- What it is not: Whitelow Legacy Group is not a law firm, an accounting firm or a registered investment adviser. It does not prepare tax returns — it keeps books clean and hands the client's CPA a finished file. Marketing is handled by its partner DubLow Digital (https://dublowdigital.com).
- Lead magnet: a free ten-question business checkup that scores how much of a business is properly set up and lists the specific gaps.
- Status: Whitelow Legacy Group is a new company and publishes no client testimonials or case studies, because it has none yet.
