LLC Formation & EIN Setup
Your LLC, EIN, operating agreement and business bank account, set up properly the first time.
Four stages: a free business checkup, choosing how you pay, the launch, then the monthly and quarterly work that keeps it running. You keep doing the craft you have already mastered. We prepare everything else, explain it in plain English, and never file anything without your okay.
A conversation, not a pitch. We look at what is actually set up behind your business — entity, licences, books, payroll, insurance, compliance — and tell you what is missing. You get the list whether or not you work with us.
Same service either way. Pay up front and keep every share, or take the Equity Partner option if you qualify and keep your cash. We tell you honestly which one we think fits your situation.
We form the entity, get the EIN, draft the operating agreement, open the bank account, research and file your licences, set up QuickBooks and payroll, build your HR kit and contracts, and run your name and trademark check. You sign things; we prepare and explain them.
Books closed monthly with a plain-English summary. Payroll and sales tax filed. Compliance calendar watched. Quarterly CFO review on your numbers. Funding readiness kept current so the option is there when you need it.
The one-time work that turns a side business into a real company. All of it, in one stretch, by one partner.
Your LLC, EIN, operating agreement and business bank account, set up properly the first time.
Every license and permit your trade needs, researched, applied for and tracked for renewal.
A business plan and three-year projections built from your real pricing, costs and capacity.
Service agreements, estimates and change orders for your trade, plus a preliminary name and trademark search.
The machinery that keeps it legal, paid and in good standing — plus a quarterly look at the numbers.
Books kept current in QuickBooks, closed monthly, with a summary that explains the numbers in plain English.
Payroll run on time, payroll and sales taxes withheld and filed, W-2s and 1099s issued at year end.
Registered agent service plus a compliance calendar and annual filings handled before they are due.
Handbook, offer letters, contractor agreements and new-hire packets, ready before your first hire.
A quarterly sit-down with your numbers: margins, pricing, cash and the next ninety days.
Clean books, current filings and real projections, so a funding application is ready when you need it.
Calm, never urgent. If your annual report is due March 1, you hear "we will have it ready for your okay by February 15," not "URGENT: avoid penalties now." A deadline you know about three weeks early is not an emergency, and we are not going to manufacture one.
If the news is bad, you get it plainly and with options. "Your numbers were down this month. Here is why, and here are two things we can do about it." Not a report that technically contains the information and hopes you notice.
Every term gets explained the first time we use it. An EIN is your business's tax ID number. An operating agreement says who owns what and what happens if that changes. If something is not clear, that is our failure, not yours.
We are not a law firm, an accounting firm or a registered investment adviser. We do not file your taxes — we keep the books clean and hand your CPA a finished file. We do not give legal advice — we prepare templates and tell you when you need an attorney. And we do not do your marketing; that goes to DubLow Digital. Knowing where our edges are is part of being useful.
The EIN is usually same-week. State filing times vary by state and by whether you pay for expedited processing. Licensing is the variable — some agencies turn applications around in days, others take weeks. We give you the realistic dates for your state when we start, and we give you dates rather than promises.
The checkup is one conversation. The launch needs you for decisions and signatures, not for paperwork — we prepare everything and bring it to you explained. After that it is a monthly report to read and a quarterly meeting.
What you do, where you do it, what you charge, who helps you, and whatever is already filed. If none of it is filed, that is fine — that is the normal starting point.
No. Nothing is filed on your behalf without your okay. You see what it is, what it says and what it costs, in plain English, before it goes.
On Pay Up Front, the agreement runs 12 months and then month to month. Your QuickBooks file is in your business name and goes with you — there is no export fee and nothing is held back. On the Equity Partner option, the buyback right is written into the agreement.
Our partner DubLow Digital. You get a warm introduction rather than starting a search. We stay on the back office — that is what we are good at, and splitting it that way is deliberate.
The free business checkup is a straight look at what is set up, what is missing and what it would cost to fix. No charge, no obligation, and you get the list either way.
