Everything behind the work

Whitelow Legacy Group handles ten back-office functions for skilled tradespeople: business formation, licensing, contracts, business planning, bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax, compliance and registered agent service, HR and hiring, quarterly CFO reviews and funding readiness. They are not sold separately. One partner runs all of them as a single connected system, which is the only way nothing falls through the cracks between them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy just bookkeeping, or just the LLC formation?

No. Whitelow sells one package covering all of it, because the gaps between separately bought services are exactly what goes wrong — the bookkeeper does not know what payroll did, and the compliance deadlines belong to nobody. One partner connecting every system is the point.

What if I already have some of this set up?

Then we review what exists, fix what is incomplete and take over the ongoing pieces. Businesses that already have an LLC skip the formation work and pay a lower onboarding fee in place of the launch fee.

Do you do taxes?

No. We keep the books clean and hand your CPA a finished file at year end, which usually makes their work faster and cheaper. We are not a tax preparer, a law firm or a registered investment adviser.

Do you do marketing too?

Not directly. Marketing is handled by our partner DubLow Digital, so you get one warm introduction instead of starting a search. We stay on the back office.
